There are just a few days left for this conference to happen and the program is already published. According to the organizer Ms. Bokowa, there are already registered 40 people, but they are expecting to have around 50 people. Not too bad attendance for this very first conference organized by the company Environmental Odour Consulting (E.O.C.). This 2-day Conference will be held in the Coast Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre in Calgary, Canada, the 4^th and 5^th December 2018.

  This is not the first conference that EOC organizes, but it is actually the first one that Ms. Bokowa, head of this company based in Canada does in their own country. In this case the conference will take place in Calgary and very well-known people in the odour world like Mike McGinley from St. Croix Sensory,, Jennifer Barclay from Atmospheric Science Global, Jacek Kociel from the Iowa State University, Philippe Najean from Department of Water and Environmental Regulation of the Government of Western Australia and of course Anna Bokowa will be there. Some less known people, but also with a wide experience in odour management will do some presentations, among them Christopher. J. Scullion and Angie Wagner from Trinity Consultants, Bart Kraakman from CH2M HILL and Chris Bydder from the Environment Protection Authority of Victoria, Australia. Check the list of speakers here.    Olores.org, with the collaboration of the International Association of Environmental Odour Managers (AMIGO) and the backing of the Ministry of Environment of Chile, is organizing the V International Conference on Environmental Odour and VOCs Management, now named OLORES19, the 26-27 of November 2019 in Santiago, Chile. Estimation and evaluation of odour emission in the environment usually involves the assessment of several issues, starting with odour emission through estimation, evaluation and impact. The program of the Fifth Conference of Odour emission in the Environment will issue these topics and current development in this field and will serve as a reference point for the development of further trends.

    We are working to organize the V International Conference focused on odour and VOCs management. The aim of this V Conference, which will take place for the second time in Santiago, is to expand the critical mass of people involved in the management and evaluation of odours, including scientifics, consultancy labs, technicians, regulators, etc. We are working to organize the fifth International Conference in Chile focused on odour management. To this effect, we officially launch the call for abstracts for this V Conference.
